Located in the heartland of central California, this 95-acre development will create a residential community where people can live, work and play without leaving the neighborhood. The nearly 1.2 million square feet of commercial space includes retail, restaurants and a multi-screen cinema. 500 residential units will sit atop retail and office space.

SKA is developing a comprehensive site signage program that is integrated with the surrounding landscape and architecture while contributing to the “sense of place.” Sign elements project a consistent branding identity while responding to both vehicular and pedestrian traffic flow requirements.
