This 237-acre campus provides instruction and training for heavy equipment operators and contains classrooms, conference facilities, dormitories, administrative offices, and a health club contained in a central hub building. Additionally on the site are a shop building and central plant, a warehouse building and remote site classrooms.

SKA Design developed a signage program for the site and all roadways as well as building exterior and interior spaces. Exterior monument signage consists of concrete walls with naturally-rusting, corton steel sign panels. The IUOE symbol is subtly etched into the surface and also serves as an accent graphic for all interior signs.
