The new structure will be home to outpatient care and scientific research in a format that merges conscientious design with modern technology. Six of the 11 stories are devoted to parking as a means to simplify access to the clinics on the upper levels. The program offers simple, organized wayfinding cues that work in tandem with the architectural program to streamline circulation.
