The East LA Civic Center is a valuable community resource that serves residents of East Los Angeles, Montebello, Monterey Park, Commerce, and Los Angeles. The complex includes a library, resource center, various government offices, health center, transit station, and Belvedere Park and lake. SKA provided site wayfinding analysis and signage, identification signage and related services to improve user interaction with this multifaceted environment.
