SKA Design developed a comprehensive signage program and branding identity for the renovation of this landmark eight-story retail/office building in the heart of Pasadena’s business district. The scope included a sign program for exterior identity signage, multi-level parking graphics and vehicular wayfinding, pedestrian wayfinding and code signage for public areas, and design criteria for tenant signing.
